Comments: The Vata and Pitta dosha are responsible for problems like insomnia. Root vegetables like beetroot and carrot help increase Kapha which helps one fall asleep. However, people who have a high blood sugar should take it in small quantities. Carrots and beetroot may also fight the oxidative damage that VP dosha dominant people are prone to.
I noticed in the instructions that you add orange juice to the blending mixture. However, I don’t see orange juice in the listed ingredients. Is there a specified amount or is it to taste?
Hi KeCu,
Thanks for pointing this out. We’ve added it to the ingredients list. Hope you enjoy!

Why do you want the cream to be “Low fat”?
Hello Tillo,
Thanks for asking a good question!
Yes, you are right that fat and sweet and a litlle sour rasa ( taste as per ayurveda) of cream pacifies Vata so why low fat?
In fact, Vata dominated body types may show an erratic digestion. It may be upto the mark at one time and weak on the other. Hence, a low fat cream will retain the Vata pacifying qualities and still be easy on digestion, that should suit everybody having Vata Pitta constitution.
