A Traditional Ashwagandha Ghee For Reproductive And Sexual Health

Ashwagandha ghee or Ashwagandha ghrita is a classical Ayurvedic formulation that promotes virility and sexual health in both men and women.

The traditional preparation of Ashwagandha ghee is a multi herbal formulation which contains both Ashwagandha, traditionally known for its role in improving fertility and sexual health, and goat meat broth.1 This combination of lipids with protein helps build muscle and improves many aspects of reproductive and sexual health.

Reproductive And Sexual Health In Ayurveda

Reproductive health in Ayurveda is referred to as Vajikarana or Vrishya chikitsa. It is one of eight major specialties of Ayurveda.

Ashwagandha ghee may help with impotency (klaibya), any defect in quantity or quality of sperm (shukra dosha), aphrodisiacs (vrishya), virility and improving the health of the offspring. It gives a sense of well being, fulfillment, enjoyment and builds strength. It improves the complexion and prolongs the duration of intercourse with less fatigue and premature ejaculation.1
