Ingredients:
- 4 stalks celery
- 1 cucumber
- 10 carrots, cut in juliennes
- ½ beet root
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 lemon
- 1 large ripe tomato
- 1 knob ginger
Method:
- Add all ingredients to a vegetable juicer and mix.
- Gently stir juice and drink immediately. Enjoy!
