Ayurveda is not just medicine, Ayurveda is a way of life.

Ayurveda Vs Modern Medicine

Ayurveda is not just medicine, Ayurveda is a way of life. Over time, human experiment and observation and influence that started becoming a practise – is called reproducibility. Reproducibility itself has been accepted by the modern science to be the hallmark of its scientific phenomenon. Everything which gets repeated again and again over time is considered to be a scientific phenomenon.

And, this is how all the ancient systems developed including Ayurveda – system of traditional healthcare.

Conventional therapy based on any particular system of medicine does more harm than good in the long run. Therefore, it’s inevitable that we quickly understand and accept the ‘swasthya‘ (health) benefits of ‘swatcha’ (clean), ‘sampoorna‘ (holistic), ‘santulit‘ (balance) and ‘satvik (pure)‘, benefits of Holistic Medicine therapy and adopt it at our earliest.

There are deficiencies in the practise of modern medicine that can be overcome by evolving holistic medicine practice. Holistic medicine therapy as the name suggests is the wholesome approach to health.
It is all about picking up the best practises of all the different systems of medicine without the use of any drugs. Curing a disease is removing the cause of the disease, it’s means restoration. Restoration is about bringing one back not only to the earlier form but the best state of health.
